Drill and Blast Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled leader to control blasting operations and coordinate drilling activities at Mt Arthur South Operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in drilling and blasting, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include leading the blast crew, working towards cost optimization, and ensuring production targets are met.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving individual who enjoys delivering results in a dynamic environment.
A NSW Blasters Explosive Users Licence and Through Seam Coal mining experience are highly desirable.
Job Description- Lead safe, efficient, and effective blasting operations
- Work towards cost optimization through effective plant and personnel utilization
- Responsible for the leadership, training, and development of the Blast Crew
- Ensure drilling and blasting production targets and efficiencies are maximised

Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in a similar role is essential (including step up experience)
- NSW Blasters Explosive Users Licence is desirable
- Through Seam Coal mining experience is desirable
- Demonstrated experience leading a high-performing team
