Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Drill and Blast Supervisor to control blasting operations on-site and be responsible for the coordination of drilling activities at Mt Arthur South Operations.

Mt Arthur South is mainly a through seam operation utilising electronic initiating products. The site is also leading the way in autonomous drill within the Hunter Valley.

The successful candidate will have experience in Drill and Blast operations and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate drilling activities efficiently.

About the Role

  • Control blasting operations on-site
  • Coordinate drilling activities at Mt Arthur South Operations
  • Lead a team of drillers and other support staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in Drill and Blast operations
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
