Director of Client Relationships

The Director of Client Relationships plays a pivotal role in leading client management for two high-profile accounts. This position focuses on traditional media (TV, OOH, Radio) with a commercially minded leadership approach.

This role requires collaboration with internal planning, creative, and buying teams to provide strategic recommendations that drive client success while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Key qualifications include proven experience as a Client Director or Account Director in a media or integrated agency.
  • A strong background in traditional media (TV, OOH, Radio) with a deep understanding of the Australian media landscape is essential.
  • Exceptional client service skills are required, including the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and build strong relationships.
  • A passion for producing work that drives results and elevates the client–agency partnership is necessary.
  • International exposure is beneficial.
