Key Accountabilities:
  • Taking full ownership of client management across two high-profile accounts.
  • Leads client relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser.
  • Oversight of strategy and end-to-end campaign delivery to ensure work is on brief, meets expectations, and within deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Client Director or Account Director in a media or integrated agency.
  • Strong background in traditional media with deep industry knowledge.
  • Exceptional client service skills anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and building strong relationships.
  • Possesses passion for delivering results-driven campaigns elevating the client-agency partnership.
