Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in commercial property leasing, with expertise in the commercial real estate market.
  • Deep knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • QLD Real Estate Registration.

Additional Considerations:

  • Leadership skills to mentor junior leasing agents.
  • OTE $180,000 +.
  • Financial acumen to analyse property performance and collaborate with research teams.
  • Proficiency in property management software, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
