About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team at Place Estate Agents. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and trades, while maintaining a high level of administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Client management and timely communication with tenants and prospective tenants
• Conducting all leasing inspections on behalf of the Property Management department
• Tenant application processing and reference checks
• Staying up-to-date with market trends
• Managing the end-to-end re-letting process
• Providing relevant and detailed feedback to Property Managers and Landlords

Requirements

• Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate is essential
• Proven experience maintaining high levels of client care
• Strong administrative experience
• A genuine love of Property Management and People
• Previous experience working within Leasing or Property Management is considered favourable
• Saturdays are essential with an RDO during the week
