About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to assist the Commercial team with the coordination of JCDecaux contracts with private, business, and government clients. The successful candidate will have experience in property leasing, town planning, and contractual matters, with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management
  • Create, edit, and submit contract amendments to ensure data integrity
  • Update the renewal tracker regularly to ensure timely renewals
  • Maintain the security of documents, filing cabinets, and confidential material
  • Develop and maintain deployment project plans and schedules
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of license agreements
  • Liaise with the Asset Development team to ensure the rollout of new assets is within scope, time, and budget
  • Liaise with customer and internal stakeholders as needed for escalations
  • Ensure trackers, spreadsheets, registers, and information systems are regularly updated to maintain data integrity and track project progress

About You:

  • Highly organized and self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of license and lease structure
  • Computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
