Job OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help us resolve technical issues efficiently. This role is pivotal in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with our e-foils and related accessories.
- Customer Education: Provide guidance on product fit and maintenance, empowering customers to get the best performance from their Fliteboards.
- Knowledge Building: Develop and enhance internal and external knowledge resources to support customers and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a relevant college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in technical support, preferably in hardware or software-related fields (not essential but preferred).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and troubleshoot complex issues.
