Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

This key role plays a pivotal part in managing and maintaining existing client relationships while driving growth and new business development in accordance with regional sales, marketing, and account management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve short- and long-term sales, profit, and market position goals.
  • Identify and develop new business within the NSW region through targeted prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide timely feedback on market conditions, customer developments, and project progress using provided tools.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a business-to-business sales position.
  • Proven business development experience and sales results.
  • Experience working within the motor vehicle industry or an industrial services environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related discipline advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class) essential.
