Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy. As the IAM Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM frameworks across multiple platforms.

This role requires strong expertise in IAM tools, including integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity providers. You will work closely with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure secure identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAM strategies to meet organizational needs
  • Manage access provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews
  • Ensure compliance with IAM policies, procedures, best practices, and external regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of IAM tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR
