Job Overview
The Senior IAM Platform Specialist plays a pivotal role in safeguarding against evolving cyber threats by implementing cutting-edge security measures, identity transformation, and emerging challenges.
This position demands an innovative professional who can strengthen access management, lead mission-critical migrations from Okta to Entra ID, implement advanced application controls through ThreatLocker, and pioneer solutions for non-human identities.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with an innovative mindset to solve complex identity challenges and prepare for the future of digital identity.
Lead strategic migration of 100+ applications from Okta to Entra ID using automated frameworks and zero-downtime deployment strategies
Design governance for service accounts, APIs, and automation tools
Build enterprise secrets management architecture using automated rotation, just-in-time access, and secret scanning across code repositories and cloud environments
Create lifecycle management for ephemeral and long-lived non-human identities
Implement ThreatLocker's advanced features including elevation policies and storage control
Key Skills:
Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Mastery of migration strategies and deployment techniques
Proficiency in advanced application controls and ThreatLocker features
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points:
Experience with Okta and Entra ID
Knowledge of enterprise secrets management and access control
