About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foster Care Professional to join our team in Frankston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effective case management of foster care placements, delivering on the permanency objective to provide safe stable care for vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to deliver positive outcomes for children in foster care, ensuring their needs are consistently met.

  • Represent the clients' voice, supporting carers and advocating for the best interests of children in care.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in Social Work, Family Therapy, Psychology, or Community Services.
  • Experience in the Foster care system/Case management.
  • Current driving license (essential).
