Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our regulatory change agenda, ensuring compliance frameworks are effectively implemented and continuously improved across the business.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in shaping how risk and compliance is managed across the Fund, with a strong focus on regulatory change and assurance.

This dynamic role requires strong stakeholder engagement, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to managing regulatory change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the identification and assessment of upcoming legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Support the implementation of regulatory change initiatives, providing oversight and project leadership.
  • Deliver impact assessments and contribute to steering committees and forums.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed regulatory change into decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years' experience in risk advisory, regulatory interpretation, or change management.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, legislative and regulatory requirements in financial services.
  • Familiarity with the Corporations Act, SIS Act, and other relevant legislation.
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce or law (or equivalent experience).
  • Superannuation and/or financial services experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
