Estate Space Planning Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cad Technician to ensure the accuracy of estate and space planning records. This role is critical for maintaining up-to-date CAD drawings and spatial data, enabling informed decision-making and effective space utilization across the organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Estate and Space Planning team and other stakeholders to manage and update Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), ensuring precise data integration and adherence to high standards of data quality. Additional responsibilities include supporting smaller CAD drawing tasks within the team.
About You- Demonstrated experience in producing accurate 'As-built' CAD drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing and updating CAD drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A strong sense of ownership and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

QualificationsA relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Data Management, or a related field is required.
