Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Estate Planning Specialist to make a significant impact on clients' estate and financial outcomes. This role involves applying effective communication, problem-solving, and persuasion skills to deliver an exceptional estate and financial planning experience.

You will work closely with experienced attorneys and advisors, developing your skills and knowledge. If you're comfortable with public speaking, delivering legal advice, education-based influence, and persuasion, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hosting workshops to educate clients on estate and financial planning options
  • Meeting with clients for consultations and gathering information to make planning recommendations
  • Engaging clients to move forward with estate planning documents
  • Reviewing and finalizing estate plans to meet client needs and wishes
  • Using legal knowledge to create individualized plans
  • Conducting document signing appointments with clients
  • Assessing opportunities for integrated estate and financial planning
  • Recording meeting notes and communicating with clients and staff
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate and Licensed to Practice as an Attorney
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Apple experience
