Space Planning and Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking an innovative Space Planning and Facilities Management Specialist to lead space planning projects across our campuses.
This dynamic position involves managing key systems, driving improvements in space data and strategic planning. You will engage with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project briefs, ensuring optimal utilization of our facilities.
The successful candidate will have experience in architecture, project documentation, property management, space management, project management or other related areas. They will possess strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively, and exceptional communication skills.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree qualification in Architecture, Urban Planning and Design or a similar discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. They will be able to work efficiently and independently under broad direction, as well as part of a team.
In this role, you will contribute to the university's strategic priorities and frameworks, including Building and Design Codes/Standards. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure effective project governance and communication.
