Willed Law is an innovative law firm, specialising exclusively in wills and estates. Our team of legal professionals are uniquely positioned to manage complex probate & letters of administration matters across various jurisdictions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Lawyer to lead our fast-growing team of legal experts. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Head of Legal and senior lawyers to drive growth and expansion across Australia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare applications for grants of probate and letters of administration for various states and jurisdictions in Australia.
  • Drafting of estate planning documents.
  • Administrative duties and office assistance as required.
  • Attending to ad-hoc customer enquiries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude, with excellent attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong telephone skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Substantial knowledge or practical experience in Wills and Estates.
  • Ability to supervise legal work and to mentor and train staff as well as contribute to the development of individuals and their knowledge and skills in Wills and Estates.
