Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly organised professional to provide confidential support to our Operational Excellence team.

This role plays a key part in achieving major and continuous improvement milestones at our Kwinana location.

  • Assisting with managing key financial processes.
  • Supporting the completion of vetted and timely project information output and reporting.
  • Driving new and continuous improvements in various aspects of systems and processes.
  • Ongoing monitoring, stakeholder engagement, training and support to ensure compliance with workflow and processes.

This role involves managing other processes required for OE COE operations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma / certificate in project management or similar, coupled with strong in-field experience.
  • Experience with project management procedures and systems.
  • Familiarity with project management philosophies and guidelines.
  • Strong background in Office 365 and associated programs.

You should also have:

  • A proactive and open-minded approach.
  • An analytical mindset with stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

This is a flexible role that may involve working three days per week from Tuesday to Thursday.
