**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Education Delivery Specialist to coordinate educational programs and courses, delivering high-quality experiences for candidates and examiners. As a key team member, you will be responsible for scheduling, resource management, onboarding, assessments, and exams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule educational programs and courses, ensuring smooth delivery and administration.
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support to candidates, examiners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve candidate databases, course materials, educational resources, and syllabus review cycles.
  • Support assessment and exam planning, execution, reporting, and certificate issuance, enhancing candidate experience through automation and streamlined processes.
  • Collect and analyze program data, preparing reports on participation, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • E nsure compliance with regulations, standards, and organizational policies, implementing best practices across all programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in education, RTO administration, or a related field.
  • LMS and CRM experience highly regarded.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple courses, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance requirements, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
  • Team-oriented, working effectively with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused, committed to delivering a smooth and professional experience for candidates, supervisors, and examiners.
