The role is responsible for leading key functions:

  • Financial Planning and Control: Creating, managing and controlling IT budget in Australia & New Zealand.
  • IT Policy & Procedures: Understanding BNP Paribas policies and conveying them to IT teams.
  • IT Risk & Control: Management and reporting of ICT risks through yearly RCSA realization and ad hoc risk assessments.
  • Governance: Organizing governance forums, follow-ups and escalations to secure closure of actions.

Additionally, the role involves tracking and reporting of resource utilization, maintaining organization charts and distribution lists, and supporting an efficient working environment for IT team members.
