Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Technical Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding and enhancing the quality of our gymnastics and Little n Active products throughout the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement programs to ensure high standards and a positive commercial outcome.
- Lead and manage under 5's or young children's sporting programs.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate programs to show improved community benefit and growth.
- Deliver measurable business results and contribute to the growth of our organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Check.
Requirements
- Experience in leadership and management of under 5's or young children's sporting programs.
- Holds a sport or gymnastics coaching accreditation (minimum Intermediate) or equivalent qualification in a relevant area of practice for a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Highly motivated with a strong passion for children's activities.
- Demonstrated experience in program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
- Eligibility for a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Check.
