Experience a new level of leadership as our Growth Team Lead. This is a pivotal role that involves nurturing and expanding relationships within an established customer base.
As a seasoned sales management professional, you will lead a team of Growth Account Executives across multiple states in Australia, working closely with the Customer Success and New Business Accounts teams to drive mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and Atomi.
With a strong focus on developing your team, understanding that their success is directly tied to yours, you will ensure targets are hit, plan and forecast revenue, and build strategies to maximise existing customer relationships.
You will be comfortable with ambiguity, attracting, motivating, and managing A+ talent to deliver strong results. A passion for what we do is essential, as you will act as model custodian of our Schools Partnerships team across the business.
With excellent communication skills and accessible interpersonal abilities, you will facilitate a collaborative sales culture as we scale. Humility and a desire to constantly improve will serve you well in this role.
While experience in sales management and leadership within a SaaS business is ideal, it is not essential. EdTech or Education industry experience is a bonus, as is experience working in emerging or developing markets with a largely remote team.
