The role is perfect for those who are highly principled and enjoy working with people. As a leading NDIS provider throughout Australia, we're committed to finding talented individuals who can deliver responsive and creative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Matching Support Workers with Clients and Rostering accordingly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Working closely with our Client Experience & Intake Managers supporting and developing the Support Worker teams.
  • Ensuring support workers are placed into active shifts based on individual participant needs and follow up progress.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience working either in a Scheduling type role or one that includes managing a high volume of caseloads and calls.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, influencing & negotiation, and critical problem-solving skills.
