Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and deliver refurbishment construction projects, working closely with key stakeholders, and ensuring the highest quality of work.

  • Coordinating multiple estimates simultaneously and defining areas of responsibility;
  • Carrying out accurate quantity take-offs and producing bills of quantities;
  • Reviewing material and labour requirements and selecting trades based on most cost-effective construction methods;
  • Reviewing and approving finalised costs estimates and submitting to clients for selection;
  • Overseeing the engagement of subcontractors in required trades and locations;
  • Scheduling works;
  • Ordering materials for projects;
  • Approving supplier invoices and invoicing clients;
  • Managing services to meet clients' contracts and expectations;
  • Conducting site visits for quality control checks.

About You

  • You will have experience in construction project coordination;
  • Previous recent experience in estimating would be an advantage;
  • A relevant trade qualification or equivalent would be beneficial;
  • You should be highly organised with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • You will need high energy and be eager to learn;
  • Excellent time management skills are essential;
  • Knowledge of a project lifecycle from start to completion is necessary;
  • You must be able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and in person are required;
  • Agile and able to handle working under pressure and respond positively and proficiently to changing schedules/project demands;
  • Maintaining a full QLD (or recognised equivalent) Driver's Licence is mandatory.
