Film Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly-driven individual to join our leadership team as a Film Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our team from the front and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A key member of our senior management team, you will have strong attention to detail and a proven track record in managing multiple priorities.

  • You will guide your team to achieve outstanding results and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • You will have a minimum 6 months' experience as a level 3 cinema employee with competency in all FOH departments and cash handling.
  • You will be an advocate of our Values, Vision, and Purpose to make every day better for our teams, customers, and communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the business in the absence of the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
  • Conducting open and close procedures, including secondary cash handling.
  • Training, leading, and coaching existing and new team members.
  • Handling customer enquiries and feedback.
  • Working as part of the management team to maintain focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the safety of all team members and customers.
  • Communicating and implementing EVT standards and policies on shift.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
