We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Café Manager.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve great results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, overseeing daily café operations, and managing rostering, stock control, and wage budgets.

Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organisational and people skills.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
