Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Color Grader to join our expanding team. This role is central to both new productions and our restoration/colorization projects, ensuring every frame we deliver meets the highest creative and technical benchmarks.
Responsibilities
*Perform HDR/4K grading and finishing on feature films and restorations.
*Develop and maintain visual looks and palettes aligned with directors' vision.
*Work on colorization of classic black-and-white films with authenticity and artistry.
*Collaborate with VFX, sound, and editorial departments for cohesive final delivery.
*Maintain high-quality workflows from conform to theatrical/streaming delivery.
Skills & Attributes
*Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or similar grading platforms.
*Experience in HDR grading, look dev, and finishing.
*Exceptional eye for detail, skin tone accuracy, and visual storytelling.
*Strong collaboration and communication skills.
*Passion for both new cinema and restoring heritage classics.

Remuneration
Remuneration is dependent on level of experience.
Junior / Developing Graders: competitive entry-level salaries with mentorship.
