Role Overview

This is a leadership position that oversees the future of IT, OT & Cyber. The successful candidate will drive innovation, security and operational excellence across various sites.

In this role, you'll lead and shape the direction of OT, IT and Cyber. You'll own and optimize core business systems, strengthen cybersecurity posture and ensure secure operations.

Responsibilities
  • Champion organizational values and lead with a strong focus on safety, people, clients and performance.
  • Develop and deliver IT & OT strategy aligned with business goals and future growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technology team, providing mentoring, training and support.
  • Oversee daily IT operations, budgets, vendor relationships and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure security, reliability and compliance of all IT/OT systems, data and infrastructure.
  • Drive continuous improvement through policies, reporting and performance insights.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning to safeguard critical systems.
  • Stay across emerging technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in IT management, preferably within complex industries.
  • Proven leadership skills, able to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and report-writing skills for all levels.
  • Experience planning, designing and implementing multiple IT projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of IT/OT systems, infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, change management and risk assessment.
