About the Role

Reporting to the Head Manager of the integrated document review/legal tech/ediscovery/legal projects team, you will lead a team of lawyers/paralegals/legal tech professionals in managing doc review projects. This includes ensuring adherence to cost, quality and time expectations, as well as liaising with Partners, senior managers, colleagues, subordinates, corporate services team and external service providers.

Key responsibilities include leading project teams, developing new initiatives and strategies to meet market demands, contributing to developing national learning programs, and assisting with recruitment.

About You
  • You have a law degree (essential) and additional qualifications in information management/project management/IT (preferable not essential);
  • You have 5+ years (or more) legal and/or legal tech industry experience including minimum 3+ years' experience as a practising litigation/corporate/commercial/competition lawyer at some point in your career;
  • You have had experience in large-scale document review/ediscovery and some exposure to legal technology;
  • You have solid leadership experience managing a team of lawyers/paralegals and project management experience;
  • You have outstanding communication, people/relationship/stakeholder management skills;
  • You are super organized and deadline driven and can deliver even under pressure/tight time frames;
