About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing of matters, ensuring seamless case management.
  • Handling client enquiries via phone and face-to-face, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organizing and confirming meetings and appointments, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Email management, maintaining accurate records and responding to correspondence.
  • Preparing legal documents and drafting correspondence, applying attention to detail.
  • File management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • General administration, supporting the team in a proactive manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working within a law firm, preferably in a litigation role.
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to anticipate team needs and take a proactive approach to task completion.
  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all work.
  • High energy levels and motivation, driving personal growth and development.
  • Good technical skills, proficiency in relevant software applications.
