At Coregas, we deliver products and expertise to our customers with a personal touch.

This role supports our accounts, manages order processing, and analyzes cylinder stock movements.

The Customer Service Specialist plays a vital part in suggesting ways to improve operations, efficiency, and customer service for both internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and respond to emails regarding orders and queries.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure they are captured and scheduled for delivery on time.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels on depots' consignment stock through regular reporting.
  • Provide support to customers using handheld and Android devices to troubleshoot instrument and app functionality.
  • Follow established protocols for emergency situations and cylinder recalls.
  • Resolve order discrepancies promptly and close off all orders and invoicing daily.
  • Document customer complaints using the Feedback Tracking System (FTS).

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, handling incoming calls, and responding to email queries.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position within customer service.
  • Proven experience servicing various industries.
  • Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals over the phone and via email.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to following established processes.
  • Strong team player with skills that contribute to a cohesive work environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
