We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Verify accuracy of work orders and correct discrepancies as needed.
- Proactively manage jeopardy tasks to ensure work is completed on time and within SLA.
- Liaise with subcontractors and onsite staff to ensure all work order requirements are fulfilled.
- Experience in customer service, call centres, or trade coordination is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively — both internal and external.
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Freshdesk, Genesys, Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerApps is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
