We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Verify accuracy of work orders and correct discrepancies as needed.
  • Proactively manage jeopardy tasks to ensure work is completed on time and within SLA.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and onsite staff to ensure all work order requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, call centres, or trade coordination is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively — both internal and external.
  • Familiarity with tools like SAP, Freshdesk, Genesys, Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerApps is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
