Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team in MYER MARION, SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a shopping environment where our staff deliver outstanding customer service. Your primary focus will be on leading, motivating, and empowering a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Create a positive and productive store environment that fosters excellent customer service and drives sales growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential and create an engaging in-store experience.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in fashion retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a team to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and knowledge of fashion trends.
  • A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
