  • Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive
  • Ensuring precision in processing orders, accommodating any special requests or dietary restrictions and delivering beverage and food orders promptly
  • Maintaining and cleaning the area in a timely manner and resetting tables
  • Staying informed about menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, and assisting guests with menu choices and recommendations
  • Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and coordinated service
