Job Title: Corporate Systems Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate systems team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of critical enterprise technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce and a deep understanding of functional and business aspects of systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions across the region.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership for Salesforce and peripheral applications.
  • Drive people leadership initiatives, including mentoring, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Manage financial responsibilities, including budgeting and vendor spend oversight.
  • Assess current operating models and develop plans for process improvements and automation.
  • Track and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to influence and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience with Scrum Agile methodologies and disciplined delivery practices.
