Corporate Manager Position Overview

The role of the Corporate Manager is to lead and manage a high-performing team responsible for delivering corporate services across various departments. This includes Records, Facilities, Finance, Administration, IT, and Governance.

This position will continually improve service delivery in an environment with competing demands and conflicting objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to best practice resource management decisions
  • Providing strategic and operational leadership on governance, risk, policy, and planning
  • Collaborating with leaders to identify and assess opportunities for system improvements and alternative delivery models
  • Providing expert advice on management strategies, systems, processes, policies, and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High-level ability to provide authoritative advice on business management and service delivery issues
  • Proven success in identifying and analyzing operational service delivery problems and implementing remedial strategies
  • Demonstrated corporate services management and leadership skills
  • Well-developed effective communication, interpersonal, consultation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a part of a management team
