About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage company accounts inbox
  • Accounts payable data entry into MYOB
  • Invoice data entry and invoice preparation analysis using Excel
  • Review invoices and liaise with suppliers and service providers around any errors or omissions
  • Administration of various business registers
  • Managing the procurement requirements of the business
  • General administration and business support to the Operations Team
Requirements
  • High proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Proven experience in accounts administration roles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • MYOB or related accounting system experience
