Finance and Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage company accounts inbox
- Accounts payable data entry into MYOB
- Invoice data entry and invoice preparation analysis using Excel
- Review invoices and liaise with suppliers and service providers around any errors or omissions
- Administration of various business registers
- Managing the procurement requirements of the business
- General administration and business support to the Operations Team
- High proficiency in Excel is a must
- Proven experience in accounts administration roles
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- MYOB or related accounting system experience
- Competitive remuneration based on experience
