Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile progress claims against approved dockets and/or purchase requisitions
  • Liaise with contract administrators to resolve reconciling issues
  • Manage webapp approval process for non-payment claim invoices
  • Update webapp status and PO reception in SEO once approvals are received
  • Generate purchase orders as needed
  • Ensure adherence to Alliance safety processes and procedures
  • Support the development and implementation of positive initiatives to enhance the working experience

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with construction experience highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to be efficient, organised, and detail-oriented
  • High level of stakeholder engagement in a previous role
