About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Clerk to join our growing firm in Melbourne's East. As a Finance and Administration Clerk, you will work closely with our Operations Manager to provide integral support to our Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Manager with trust accounting in accordance with the Legal Profession Act;
  • Tax, payroll, accounts payable, trust, risk management, and liaison with external auditors;
  • Preparing invoices;
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control;
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
