We are seeking an experienced Finance Clerk to join our growing firm in Melbourne's East. As a Finance and Administration Clerk, you will work closely with our Operations Manager to provide integral support to our Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Operations Manager with trust accounting in accordance with the Legal Profession Act;
- Tax, payroll, accounts payable, trust, risk management, and liaison with external auditors;
- Preparing invoices;
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control;
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
