About the Position
As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a part-time position that involves a variety of tasks, including greeting and welcoming guests, maintaining a clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant areas, and assisting with menu offerings to maximise sales opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings
- Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station while on shift
- Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Passion for customer service and Point of Sale (POS) experience, desirable
