About the Job:
We are seeking a professional and attentive food service associate to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Presentation of menus, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after each use.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Maintenance of a safe and clean work environment by following proper food safety and handling procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- A food and beverage server trade certificate is an asset.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certificate and Food Safety Certificate are also assets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to provide top-notch customer service.
