Food Service Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will provide the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless food and beverage operations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a bar or restaurant setting, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will also possess a certificate in RSA and be passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Front-line operations including seating customers and serving food and beverages
  • Bar operations
  • Maintain a safe working environment (OH&S)
  • Contribute to functions and events

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a bar or hospitality environmentPrior experience working in a busy restaurant or bar setting is preferredDemonstrated passion for the industry and sales cultureStrong customer-first attitude with high service levels a priorityRSA certificate
