Civil Supervisor

About the Role

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Crew Leaders and Field Staff
  • Coordinating with project engineers and managers to ensure effective project delivery
  • Maintaining productive relationships with crews, management, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A natural gas construction and maintenance background
  • Strong understanding of OHS requirements within the civil industry
  • Experience in managing crews and resources across the gas industry
  • Ability to deliver practical solutions with attention to detail
  • Licenses including a white card and driver's license
