Power System Engineer Position

Australia's energy market operator is seeking a Power System Engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a combination of skills in energy power system operations, including dispatch, outage coordination, and system adequacy assessment. They will also possess a detailed understanding of power system plant, including synchronous and inverter-based generation, primary and secondary transmission systems, and distributed energy resources.

The ideal candidate will have experience with power system studies, data engineering concepts, data science/analytics, software design, coding, and integration. They should also be familiar with SCADA/EMS systems.
