Job Title: Conveyancing Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Coordinator to join our Property Division in Melbourne.

  • Opening and closing files, entering new files onto the case management system;
  • Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement - predominantly high volume

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a conveyancing role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

As a Conveyancing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple files simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a conveyancing role;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
