About Our Team

Our Specialised Services Officer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering searching and services to our clients across the nation. This includes bulk order requests, multi-state property searches, litigation searching, and offline specialised/tailored requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We support clients with their national and international search related requirements via phone and email correspondence.
  • We liaise with courts, councils and other authorities and conduct research to locate accurate information to client requests.
  • We create and calculate clear and concise project quotes for clients.
  • We deliver clear and accurate instructions and expectations for projects to clients.
  • We process and collate searches on behalf of clients.
  • We assist with specialised searching requests as directed.
  • We communicate promptly, clearly, and accurately with clients, authorities and teams to customer service expectations.
  • We action invoicing, refunds, direct credit/credit card reviews and approvals as directed.
  • We promote our Specialised Services to non-using clients as directed.
  • We maintain national client customer service standards, practices and set KPI's.
  • We maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services nationally and internationally.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have firsthand experience in the legal, conveyancing or searching industry and/or relevant qualifications.

You should also have knowledge of InfoTrack systems and services, as well as experience working as part of a team.

You must be able to prioritise tasks effectively.
