At Ploos Restaurant we are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record in managing daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including rostering staffing ordering and staff training
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Liaise with the Events team for streamlined functions and ensure seamless event execution
  • Perform light financial reporting and maintain accurate records
  • Open and/or close the venue including till reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW certification
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role
  • Fluent English language skills written and spoken
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
