Restaurant Operations Manager

We are on the hunt for exceptional individuals to join our team as Shift Supervisors. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the restaurant in efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading the restaurant team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
- Managing daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
- Assisting with staff performance reviews and rostering staff.
- Executing marketing promotions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous shift supervisor experience.
- A passion for building a positive culture within the restaurant.
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to customers and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels.
