Clubhouse Manager Role Summary
">This position is responsible for leading the clubhouse operations and managing a team of professionals.
">The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Conduct regular check-ins with direct reports and facilitate open communication among team members.">
- Support learning and development opportunities for the team and ensure employee satisfaction and retention.">
- Ensure accurate and timely metrics are available to measure team performance.">
- Facilitate training on new systems and procedures when required.">
- Community Management and Member Experience">

- Develop community initiatives that foster connections between members.">
- Oversee events to provide a balance of topical, charitable, and member-related activities.">
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that encourage positive word-of-mouth referrals.">
- Work closely with the team to align the clubhouse with national experience standards.">
- Manage billing processes and address member complaints in accordance with company policies and agreements.">
- Member Retention & Development">

- Take ownership of member retention metrics and implement initiatives to improve occupancy rates and reduce churn.">
- Collaborate with the General Manager to convert sales and achieve sales targets.">
- Lead weekly clubhouse tours and special guest tours.">
- Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure effective marketing and sales strategies.">
- Manage member accounts, including check-ins and renewal negotiations.">
- Identify new business development opportunities through networking events.">

- Provide feedback on current systems and procedures to enhance company effectiveness and member experiences.">
- Supervise member movements and ensure a high-quality experience for members.">
- Manage building operations to maintain the highest level of member satisfaction.">
- Maintain relationships with contractors, building management, and landlords.">
- Recommend repairs, maintenance, or updates for the clubhouse.">
- Analyze Zendesk tickets to resolve issues within the clubhouse.">
- Implement safety plans, such as fire and emergency procedures.">
- Manage Clubhouse Performance">

- Monitor monthly clubhouse P&L and ensure revenue targets and EBITDA are met or exceeded.">
- Complete month-end P&L audit reports for the General Manager.">
- Manage clubhouse expenses and ensure budget compliance.">
- Assist with budget preparation and coordinate variance statements.">
