This role requires a highly organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment to develop and implement community engagement programs that support student wellbeing.

  • Design and deliver engaging community programs that promote student participation and achievement;">
  • Collaborate with school staff to identify community needs and develop strategies to address them;">
  • Provide administrative support to the Student Wellbeing team as required.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

- A tertiary qualification in education, social work or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Current driver's licence and access to a private vehicle for work purposes.

Desirable:

">

- Experience working with young people and families;
- Recent experience or demonstrated understanding of working in a school setting;
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams supporting children and young people.
